Mild Steel Pretreatment Process
MS parts typically have rust, grease oil, black scale, or all three on their surface. If none of these are eliminated before painting, the bonding of paint particles is severely hampered. The chemical process of DEGREASING removes oils, and the technique of DERUSTING removes rust. The naked MS surface is vulnerable to rapid oxidation after the degreasing and rusting processes. Before applying paint, the surface must be coated with some kind of coating that stops additional oxidation and provides paint adherence in order to prevent oxidation. SUPER CLEANER 56
It is a heavy duty Degreasing agent. It removes oil & Fatty acids from the Mild Steel components very effectively. It is Alkaline in nature
It is a non-Caustic based Degreasing Agent. It removers oil & fatty acids from Ferrous Metals. This product is compatible with casted ferrous metal
It is a surfactant based Degreasing agent for soft n sensitive article. It is a bio-degradable product. Compatible with any metal.
Derusting chemicals removers rust & scale from the mild steel.MBT-120S is a heavy duty derusting chemical. It is acidic in nature.
It is a phosphoric acid based derusting chemical. It is also compatible with cast iron components
It is a new developed degreasing cum derusting product, it cleans oil, rust & scale from mild steel. It gives effective performance even in cold conditions.
It is a active surface reagents present in a bath solution after derusting and just prior to phosphating tanks. It is a titanium oxide based chemical which help components to get uniform phosphate coating from corner to corner. Because of its alkaline nature, it prevent the carry over of derusting chemical to mix in phosphating bath solution
CZP Bond 34
CZP Bond 34 is a calcium modified hot zinc phosphate .It gives fine coating of zinc phosphate over iron and steel components. This chemical process is used to get an layer of undercoat base for powder paint coating and liquid paint coating.
CLD BOND 503
CLD BOND 503 is a nickel modified cold zinc phosphating chemical. It gives good result even in low temperature or in ambient temperature. The corrosion resistance capability of this chemical is very high. It is low sludge formula. It is a cost reliable product
TCT BOND 400
TCT BOND 400 is a nickel, manganese, and zinc based phosphating chemical. Due to high involvement of noble metals, the corrosion resistance is very high. It gives blackish grey coating on mild steel
WDP Bond is a wire zinc phosphate process for production of fine coating of zinc phosphate over wire drawing. The primary benefit in phosphating of wires and sections for drawing and profiling lies in its superb adhesion and the survival of the coating even after several passes through a die.
MNP BOND is a manganese phosphate compound, based on strong acid, which is inhibited by inhibitors. It is a conversion coating reagent which gives Black Manganese Phosphate coating over the iron and iron diecasting surface.
